Privacy policy

• From your Google account, when you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture link. We never see your Google password.
• What you tell us: your preferred name and your baby's due date.
• Your activity: which daily activity you completed on each day, your score, and your streak.
• Sign-in cookies that keep you logged in, and one that remembers your language. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Anonymous visit and speed statistics, through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: which pages are visited, the kind of device and browser, the country, and how fast pages load. They use no cookies and don't identify you.

You can play games without signing in; nothing is saved to an account when you do.

• To sign you in and keep your progress safe across devices.
• To work out your pregnancy week and pick activities suited to your trimester.
• To show your streak and celebrate your progress.
• To reply if you contact us, and to understand how the service is used so we can improve it.

Your due date is used only to choose activities. GarbhShiksha is a wellbeing service and does not give medical advice; see our disclaimer.

A small number of GarbhShiksha team members can see your name, email, sign-in dates, pregnancy week and activity totals, to support you and run the service. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else, except the providers that run the service for us:

• Supabase — our secure database and sign-in provider
• Google — for “Continue with Google” sign-in
• Vercel — hosts the website and counts visits and page speed

• Change your name or due date any time on Your details.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and data to be deleted, by emailing s.shailesh1995@gmail.com. We'll act on deletion requests within 30 days.
• Sign out whenever you like from the account menu.

We keep your account and activity history for as long as you have an account. When you ask us to delete it, we remove your profile and activity history.

GarbhShiksha is meant for adults (18+). It is not directed at children.
